I believe every young person carries a unique combination of strengths waiting to be discovered. The problem is rarely a lack of talent — it's a lack of guidance. Too many students choose careers based on pressure, status, or simply not knowing what else exists.

My role is to change that. Through structured assessments, honest one-on-one conversations, and real exposure to career possibilities, I help students find paths that align with who they actually are — not who others expect them to be.

Is this therapy or psychological testing?

No. This is career guidance — practical, structured, and action-oriented. We use interest and strengths assessments as tools, not clinical diagnostics.

Can students outside of Kenya participate?

Yes. All sessions and assessments are conducted online. We've worked with students across Africa and internationally.

How long does each program take?

Career Compass is delivered within 5–7 days. Career Blueprint runs over 2 weeks. Career Accelerator is a 3-month engagement.

How do internship placements work?

For Career Accelerator students, Angela maintains a database of international companies offering 3-month project placements, with visa guidance from a partner immigration attorney.
