Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Global Career Discovery is run by Angela Baxter. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, email angelacareerpath@gmail.com and ask.

What we collect

There are three ways your information reaches us.

Why we hold it

To deliver what you paid for: to prepare and run your consultation, write your report and action plan, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services above — Jotform, Calendly, Stripe and, with your consent, Google Analytics — each acting as our processor for the part they handle. Each has its own privacy policy. We share your information with nobody else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Profile responses and consultation notes are kept for two years after your last session, so we can pick up where you left off if you come back. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except for records we are legally required to keep.

Your choices

Email angelacareerpath@gmail.com for any of these. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the UK/EU GDPR — this section is how you exercise them with us.

Children

This service is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please involve a parent or guardian before booking or submitting the Profile.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

This policy describes our actual practice in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer — if Global Career Discovery takes on clients in new jurisdictions, it is worth having one check it.
